About the Devices

Several medical device manufacturers provide SCS systems, all approved by national regulatory authorities and covered by health insurance in Japan. Each device has its own features, but which one is best depends on your condition and your doctor's judgment.

To avoid endorsing any particular manufacturer or product, this website does not name specific manufacturers or models. We recommend asking your doctor directly which device they use — and why.
