Stage 2 (Static holds) 1-2 times per day
Stage 3 (Dynamic training) Once per day
Stage 4 (Everyday application) Ongoing awareness throughout the day
Time to feel results Most people develop awareness in 2-4 weeks; pain relief often follows at 6-8 weeks
Time at each stage Approximately 1-2 weeks per stage

Tips for Progressing

  • Spend at least 1-2 weeks on Stage 1 before moving on — this foundation is critical
  • Only advance to the next stage when the current one feels comfortable
  • If pain increases, step back to the previous stage
  • Don't aim for perfection — "roughly right" is good enough to make progress
