Tips for Progressing
- Spend at least 1-2 weeks on Stage 1 before moving on — this foundation is critical
- Only advance to the next stage when the current one feels comfortable
- If pain increases, step back to the previous stage
- Don't aim for perfection — "roughly right" is good enough to make progress
