Your Checklist — Start Today
You don't need to do everything at once. Pick one or two items to start with:
- Set a timer to stand and move every 30 minutes
- Walk for 15 minutes each day — even on painful days
- Review your sleep environment (temperature, light, pillow, mattress)
- Keep a pain diary for one week
- Schedule one social outing per week
- Practice a breathing exercise for 5 minutes each day
- When lifting, remember: bend your knees, keep it close, use your legs
